As clients are paired together this helps to develop friendly and cooperative group work and instead of 20 clients working together separately you have to overview 10 sets of paired clients, which is far easier to manage. Achper Conference 2011

Duo Strength training is now running in schools. As part of our mission to strengthen Australians we will be Presenters at the 2011 AchperPhysical Education conference in Melbourne.

Workshop Presenters Required

We are looking for a Cert 4 registered Fitness Trainer also with Cert 4 in Training and Assessment who has been in the industry for over 5 years, to run some workshops in , New South Wales.A background in strength training is preferable but not essential, as full training is given.
